سمير جعجع (25 أكتوبر 1952 -)، سياسي لبناني. يعتبر أحد أبرز المشاركين في الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية. يلقب بالحكيم أي الطبيب في اللهجة اللبنانية لدراسته الطب على الرغم من أنه لم يكملها بسبب اندلاع الحرب. هو رئيس الهيئة التنفيذية لحزب القوات اللبنانية إحدى الميليشيات السابقة التي لعبت دورًا مهمًا في الحرب وتحولت بعد ذلك إلى حزب سياسي.
