CAIRO - Former Egypt presidential candidate Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh announced that his campaign would be voting for the Muslim Brotherhood nominee Mohamed Morsi in the second round of elections on June 16 and 17.
Aboul Fotuh said they are supporting Morsi to stop finalist Ahmed Shafiq from winning.
“Each vote is an individual responsibility and each of us should do what their conscience tells them,” Aboul Fotouh wrote on his campaign’s Twitter account on Sunday.
